About the project.
Lumo Energy is a trusted Australian energy provider. Their customers and their user experience are at the centre of everything they do. While they had established a brand image that is both professional and personal, we identified that their homepage was not offering an ideal user experience. So we redesigned one that was positive, seamless and mobile-first to improve experience and conversion rates.
The homepage we built was a template-structured webpage that focused on user-friendly navigation, above the fold content and clear sales journeys for all kinds of customers. Along with the new UX strategy and refresh, we also updated Lumo’s styling to modernise the brand and further increase appeal.
We built an adaptable template with multiple flexible components to give the client full control in foreseeable future page updates.
The homepage we built is 100% responsive, ensuring consistency across platforms to align with customer expectations.
From initial workshops with Lumo stakeholders to planning, design and development, we worked closely with the Lumo team. Even having our developers work onsite with them to ensure flexible, Agile process.
