HBF is the largest health insurer in WA, with over a million members and 50% of the local market. Loyalty is high. Complaints are low. But in a world when people want to do more online, HBF needed a website that matched their commitment to customer experience.

We started with their homepage and some campaign work, and out of these initial projects grew a strong and lasting partnership.

It’s a partnership marked not only by the work we do on a project-to-project basis, but also by the level of strategic input we have into every aspect of their digital operations. We have open lines of communication, frequent contact and a high level of trust on both sides. And despite being 3,000 km away from each other, it feels like we’re just next door.

In early 2013 we won an RFP to redefine and rebuild the HBF website and online sales process in Sitecore. The new site went live in late 2013, and our focus is now on updating content and optimising the customer experience through a process of iterative change.
