Digital Producer

We’re looking for a talented digital producer

We’re on the hunt for a proactive, super-organised project manager who is highly-personable and a clear communicator. Always a few steps ahead, you’ll need to be a strategic thinker who is calm under pressure and knows how to transform problems into solutions.

What you’d be doing

You’ll be leading Tundra’s work with some of our progressive partners – pioneers in their fields with a heavy focus on optimisation. You’ll get to own and deliver end-to-end projects and collaborate with UX and technical experts on continuous improvement and roadmap planning. We like teamwork. We’ve got a diverse, talented crew, and you’ll be working within one of our multidisciplinary project teams, continually bouncing ideas off creative types, developers and other producers.

Front End Developer (Full-time/Freelance)

We are looking for an enthusiastic front end developer to join our team and work with other top front end developers while teaching each other about the latest frameworks and techniques. Our ideal candidate has strong communication and organisational skills. They have the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms and languages. They keep themselves informed with the latest developments in the industry and want to be surrounded by an accomplished team of developers, designers and digital producers.

Responsibilities

  • Working with production teams to deliver work on time
  • Write clean, well-organised and documented code
  • Work with designers to create responsive templates

We’re looking for an enterprising Associate Producer

We’re growing quickly, and looking to add an enthusiastic junior producer to our team.

What you’d be doing

You’ll be supporting a senior producer in one of our multidisciplinary project teams to deliver campaigns and end-to-end projects for our clients. Your role will encompass project management, budgeting and lots of client contact, so you’ll need great organisational and people skills.

The skills we’re looking for

  • Strong work ethic and a calm, positive, can-do attitude

  • Some project management skills (you will get guidance)
  • Some agency experience preferred (but not essential)

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a polished designer: a creative thinker with the experience and technical skills to complete projects to an exceptional standard. The role requires you to be enthusiastic, flexible and highly productive, as you will be working on a diverse range of projects, from digital campaigns for global brands to web applications and mobile-led designs. You’ll need to approach each project with user experience in mind, and add value to our design process.
